Syn-Teck works to maintain accurate content and an available site, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or technical problems. Content may be changed without notice.

The Syn-Teck name, logo, text, presentation and other original site content belong to Syn-Teck or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Syn-Teck is not responsible for damage arising solely from use of the site's general content or from temporary inability to access it. Responsibilities related to an IT service are governed by the terms agreed upon for that engagement.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute is submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Quebec, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
